No separate completion or signature is required—acceptance is implied by your registration or use of our services.

7. Intellectual Property: All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the platform belong to The Right Customer. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
8. User Conduct: You agree not to post misleading or false information, use the platform for illegal activities, or attempt to hack, disrupt, or impair the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
9. Third-Party Links and Services:
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites, including but not limited to Acxiom (an authorised data provider) and The Trade Desk (an authorised DSP). By accessing NEO-related data and services, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Separate Agreements: You will be redirected to Acxiom to sign a separate agreement directly before Acxiom provides NEO data to your Social Media accounts or The Trade Desk. The Right Customer is not a party to that agreement and assumes no liability for its terms or execution.
• Account Requirements: To access NEOs via The Trade Desk, you must open an account directly with The Trade Desk in advance. We do not control or assume responsibility for The Trade Desk’s terms, policies, or services.
• No Liability: We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites or services. We encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies carefully.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties: We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our services. Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
11. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Right Customer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
12. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Right Customer and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your breach of these Terms.
13. Termination: You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the platform will immediately cease. You agree to immediately stop using any NEO-related insights, data, or strategies obtained from the platform for targeting or other business activities. We reserve the right to delete or disable your access to any data or content obtained through our platform. No refunds will be provided for any unused portions of your subscription term.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
15. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through mediation in Victoria, Australia, before pursuing any other legal remedies. The parties will share equally the costs of mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
16. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
